Got 2 for my son. He can go single saber, duel-wield or staff saber. No coupler required, the 2 hilts attach out of the box (you must remove the bottom part of one of the hilts to allow them to screw in together).
I got the gold one as a gift at Newy-Con and it’s amazing, the service is awesome and wonderful collection to choose from (I didn’t know I was getting one), I started it up on the way home and found so many features I didn’t even know we’re available/possible so yeah thanks!
Love the hilt design that is built for comfort. The dimple and notch on the top fits the main hand so well, while the bottom handle provides comfort for the offhand. Found myself just wanting to swing it around for fun in my free time. Been learning lightsaber duelling for about a month with it and it has held up conditionally so far.
