    Outstanding quality, value and customer service!


    A massive, heart-felt thank you to Trav & JW Sabers.


    My son spent hours researching the many Sabers out there. After much deliberation, he told me he wanted the Zatt from JW.


    Upon arrival, the quality and performance were outstanding.


    Trav provided excellent after sales support. He's been easy to get hold of and very responsive with his advice.


    We highly recommend the Sabers and the business for these reasons. At least one of my son's friends has purchased a saber from JW since and he is thrilled with his purchase as well.

    Universe Hero (TM) Light tube - Chinese Edition

    To compare with a $30 saber I bought off Ebay it's pretty similar despite the $80 price gap. It's slightly longer, slightly brighter, and sounds slightly better (although super loud even on lowest setting). Not much else can be said for it. It's a standard, made-in-China LED tube with a couple of sound effects. If you're willing to fork out at least $300 for a neopixel then you might actually get something worthwhile - but who honestly's going to do that. It's funny that these Chinese makers will not place any branding on the packaging or product so you don't know where it comes from or who made it. My bet is that you could get something comparable for half the price on Temu or Ebay. Definetly not worth the 120.

    I'm sorry to hear this saber didn’t quite meet your expectations. While you mentioned it outperformed your other saber in a few areas, it’s disappointing to hear you still felt it wasn’t worth the price.


    Just to clarify for others reading, I always list the model and manufacturer clearly on each product page, and I’ve put together demo videos and detailed info on each electronics tier both here and on the JW Sabers YouTube channel. My goal is transparency, no rebranding, no surprises.


    I understand if it still didn’t feel like the right value for you, but I do appreciate you giving it a go. If you ever decide to try a neopixel or another tier, I’d be happy to help you find something that better suits your expectations.

    Great Saber to knock around

    I got the S-RGB model and it is perfect, there is one issue that the emitter and switch with all the angles starts to hurt your hand when you have been spinning for a while

    Hi Ben, Thanks for your review.


    You might be able to lower the button slightly by backing out the grub screw opposite the button. This screw is pushing the button up to hold it and the core in place. You don't want to remove it fully, just adjust it slightly if the button is protruding too high for comfort.
